Description We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Lube Technician / Shop Helper to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the automotive industry. You will assist technicians with basic maintenance services and help keep the shop running efficiently. Requirements Responsibilities: Perform basic vehicle maintenance services including: Oil changes Fluid checks and top offs Tire rotations Air filter replacements Assist technicians with general repairs and shop tasks Maintain a clean and organized work environment Safely operate tools and equipment Perform inspections and report findings to senior technicians Move vehicles in and out of bays as needed Follow all safety procedures and shop policies Qualifications: No prior experience required (training provided), but automotive experience is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic mechanical aptitudeAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Reliable and punctual must be able to pass a drug test Equal Opportunity Employer We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
