Record and reconcile monthly financial transactions in QuickBooks Prepare basic financial reports Maintain organized and audit-ready financial records Assist with tax preparation documentation Coordinate with the company's CPA or financial advisor as needed
Experience with QuickBooks and basic accounting principles Previous bookkeeping experience, preferably in a startup or small business Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
